The Big Bad Wolf
SteamID:

Age(14 Years Minimum):
20
How long have you been with SRG:
Longer than two weeks, just havent been very active on server but on discord.
In your opinion, what does being a staff member entail?:
To bring a fair, enjoyable, and professional roleplay atmosphere to the midst of players within a server. To bring fair judgement to those who seek to exploit our trust, and restrictions. To constantly maintain supervision above players to fix their mistakes, or to warn them not to step beyond their lines within roleplay, example : overpowering/powerplay.
What type of administrative role would you like most of all, and how do you think you could provide or expand on that role?
Well, since it is the highest role I can ask for, I wish to be an Administrator, because I would simply be allowed to help players as greatly as I can. From static-ing their store props, to bringing swift, yet fair judgement upon those who commit higher grade violations within our server.
Do you have any current roles, jobs, or occupations in-game? What do you think you do well?
I am the Commander of Metropolice Force,
I am an Overwatch Ground Unit,
And I am a citizen. A simple citizen.
What are your characters on the servers? What kind of experiences have you been in with these characters? Is there anything memorable?
More than three years of experience, and on each server, a new life style, attempts, actions, goals, and targets. I have been an Overwatch Commander, Elite OTA, AirWatch unit, OTA Ground Unit, Every single rank of MPF, and a fairly roleplaying rebel. All of these styles are beautiful in their own aspects, and they should not be abused by overpowering or powerplaying.
What do you think makes a good server?
This question is really not necessary to be answered. I am applying to be a staff here, not a co-owner. But, just in case it's necessary ;
A server that, instead of focusing on PassiveRP, balancing active roleplay and passive roleplay on a specific level where the players dont get bored from action, nor inaction. A server that is capable of self-sustaining itself into the fame it wishes to reach.
Is it more important to get the job done than working with others that slow you down? Why or why not?
For me, it is more important to get the job done, but without any mistakes, casualties or such. I'd rather deal with my task, then focus on others. Simply because : Priorities above wishes.
Is it more important to be creative or to be subordinate?
This question is a trick question. The answer is Both. Without creativity, you are not human. Without subordination, you are a traitor.
Why do you believe that you deserve to be granted an Operator rank?
I honestly seek Administrator rank, as a question above mentioned that I can wish one instead of Operator, but meh.
Because, this server needs active staff, rather than the Co-Owner going around doing everything on his own and lifting all the weight on himself. Plus, my timezone is GMT +3, so on european times, I would be more active on the server.
Do you have any previous staffing experience(s) (List Community and Rank)?:
I do not wish to answer this question at all.
Explain how you would handle the following situations:
A player claims that another player has char swapped to avoid RP.
- I observe the console with pure caution, reading every single log with care and attention. If the console proves the person swapping, then I take action, by firstly issuing a command warning, then a direct warning not to do it again, because I wont give any other chances. Second offense would be a 2 day ban.
You see a staff member setting their health/kevlar during a firefight.
- I quickly call an OOC break to the whole scenario as I go into observer. Then, I drag the staff away, REGARDLESS of rank. Even Owner. If he/she is above me, I contact a superior, if none online, I handle it myself while also taking screenshots. If he/she is below me, I directly handle it myself while as again, taking screenshots.
- My action would be a quick kick with a detailed explanation of their actions.
You see a staff member giving themselves weapons:
- I take images, then directly confront them not to give theirselves weapon again. I also strip said staff's new equipment.
A player reports that another player has just abused their whitelist and item transferred.
- I check logs, as the information written there explains it all. If said action is actually done, I contact a superior to permanently blacklist said person from their whitelists, and ban them for at least a week.
A player has consistently been meming in OOC all day.
- I issue them a command warning, writing a detailed description on why. Second offense is a kick, third is a 6 hour ban.
Someone that appears to be a new player does not know how to RP.
- I explain the basics of roleplay to said person. How to do /me's, fairly roleplaying, how to avoid overpowering/powerplaying/metagaming/ignoring fearrp/et cetera.
Someone that appears to be a new player mingegrabs a script.
- Well, script counts as an exploiting asset, so I would ban said person for at least 400 years.
Someone publicly ERPs.
- Well, it really isnt restricted, but I would still warn said person not to take such acts as it throws "manure" to the title, HL2RP.
Do you understand that misuse of your rank will result in your immediate removal as well as other possible consequences?:
- Yes, I do.
Please post vouches that anyone in the community has given you:
